Excellent product
Very nice product , we use it from April 2024 to till .No any problem yet and very low noise and fast cooling. Suitable for below 12*12 room

Good ac, incorrect measurements and unprofessional installation
Product is good.. but dont go by the measurements mentioned in the pictures.. actual ac size is smaller than the measurements mentioned in the listingAlso dont book the installation through amazon.. the guy didnt show up.. he kept postponing the visit and i finally cancelled after 2 days

Great Performance and Excellent Support
I’ve been using the Voltas window AC for a while now, and it’s working perfectly. Cooling is efficient and quick, and the overall performance is impressive. What really stood out was the support experience – both the Voltas service engineer and the customer support team were prompt, professional, and very helpful. Definitely a good purchase!

Amazon installarCould not install it they were keep switching different installer and they all said they won't be able to do it. I used outside installer paid 6000 for it.Since it was grouded on wall. Now AC is not running well report is also missing and Amazon only offering a refund. How can I take it down from the wall. All I want is to sent an authorized technician to look at the AC. My recommendation to all is DO NOT buy large electronic and large furniture from Amazon
