alkaline with antioxidant 1L 6pk

I drink this every day and since I started drinking it I no longer have heartburn all the time so I'm very happy with it. Tastes good too even at room temp.

I don't know if it's just in my head, but this alkaline water seems to make a difference for me over other brands. I feel more hydrated, and just better overall. When I switch to other brands it's a noticeable difference. I like the large size bottles because it matches my water intake goal for they day. This price was better than at my local grocery store, and I feel like this works better than the Kirkland's brand.

I’ve learned that many bottled water companies don’t have decent, healthy water. Some companies aren’t upfront about where their water is sourced. I’ve also heard very negative reports about micro-plastics being an issue with MANY companies selling bottled water as well. I can’t speak as to the effectiveness of this Smartwater ALKALINE with ANTIOXIDANTS water as the science behind it is mixed. However, in my research and quest for “healthy” water that is properly sourced, and without the micro-plastics issue, I feel quite confident that Smartwater brand is proper, healthy water. So, this is what I buy for me and my family. It is also decently priced compared to other companies that are rated as safe and healthy. Bottom line for me is that I can recommend Smartwater. I’m confident enough in this brand that I drink it myself and buy it for my wife and kids. I’ve done the research.

Smartwater is my favorite bottled water. Sure its difficult to justify. Its probably completely a waste of money unless you have a very rare occasion you need high priced and premium bottled water to make yourself feel better that you're also somehow taking care of your health because of the alkaline and antioxidant content. This sounds like me when I was buying premium water. I guess that's fine too. Smartwater tastes really good so its kinda hard to replicate.

This is some of my favorite water it has significantly impacted some issues I was having with dehydration and cramping. I get it as a subscription weekly and make sure that I drink a bottle every other day along with other normal water intake. The only thing I wish they would fix is packaging since it is heavy and a funny shaped package. It seems like the water is often times break through the bags or the boxes that they shipped them in.
