First Class Product
Meant to write this review before now, but as it's a couple of months since I've had these gate openers up and running, it's probably more helpful to write it now. They are a first class product - arrived incredibly quickly, are exactly as described and working beautifully on my huge and very heavy wooden gates. My electrician installed them and he didn't have any problems, but even if he had, the sellers was incredibly helpful and really knows his stuff. Would totally recommend them.

Great product great company to deal with
Easy to install and set up (we were replacing old failed ram & motor). The clear easy to use programming command board is great and the aftersales support to tweak the settings was great.

Amazing customer service
Great item but the best thing was the customer service. Never fitted them before and the instructions looked a little daunting - but sitting and reading them it all made sense. David answered his phone and gave me full instructions on 5 occasions including Saturday afternoon - these take time to fit but with the support provided no problem at all. That moment when I pressed the button and they just worked. Magic.
