This is the best. I spread canola oil very thinly on pan and spatula with a paper towel, let my pancake mix sit for 3-minutes before cooking, heat pan at low-to-medium flame, pour little less then 1/4 cup of mix in each mold and the thickest most fluffiest pancakes are prepared in minutes. I use store brand pancake mix with water and better than any restaurant served to date.I wipe it down with a clean paper towel and store away. It's lightweight, easy to use and never disappoints. Love this product. Just what I was Thor, but wish the holes where a little deeper for thicker pancakes.

The four cups or circles what I liked most about this Kretaely Pancake Maker,by this way each pancake closely in diameter.Need to use butter or oil for inner circles cause product is { Not Nonstick As Advertised }especially when Pancake is flipped!At this point surface is Dry lack of moisture not Nonstick as Advertisement Proclaimscausing particles to stick forming a Hard Crest also, Difficult to Flip precisely into circles.The Con's Overcame The Pro's reasons for returning.
