I've never seen a product with all 5 star reviews on Amazon and I was very skeptical of this. I've had nail fungus on one of my feet for the better part of 8 years (I'm only 32, healthy in shape woman). Several drs and scripts and it kept getting worse, and I just couldn't get rid of the athletes foot because it kept coming back from the infected nails and it was awful. I finally figured out a routine that was really clearing up the nails, but no matter what medication I used for the athletes foot, it never went away completely. And I had hit a roadblock because it was like my nails gave it back to my foot (feet) and the foot would give it right back to the nails (only one foot has fungus nails but both had the athletes foot). So after some extensive review and ingredient research I gave this cream a try. I used it once a day and noticed improvement after a couple days. After a week? It was gone. I haven't used it in over a week and it hasn't come back, either. Not only that but my toenails are finally starting to grow for the first time in YEARS, and the new growth is all CLEAR. As in no fungal infection. I'm blown away, and I give this cream just as much credit as I do to the routine that's healing my nails and in case anyone here has fungal nails I'll tell you what I do/did. You need (high quality) teatree oil and lavendar fine (I only use plant therapy oils). Wash your feet in the morning and then use the roycederm cream. After that put the teatree directly on the nails with a cotton pad and then in the evening after showering I soak my feet in water with a couple drops of the lavendar fine. After that I debride them with a sharp cuticle clipper and flat tweezers, that means scraping all the nasty stuff from under the nail and your cuticle and cutting in some spots. You have to get rid of everything you can without clipping your skin and keep the nails as short and thin as possible, if they're thickened you gotta use a file every day until they aren't. Then you use this cream on the whole foot, lastly and most important is putting a generous amount of vapo rub right on your nails, glob it on and cover with a sock and get some sleep. By morning the rub is gone and you can wash your foot and start over with the teatree and roycederm cream.

I recently purchased this product for the first time after reading good reviews. I have tried and been using emuaid max for two months, getting some good results overall, but not great results on the big toe nails. Also emuaid is very expensive, so I thought I’d try something else natural that is similar. I am so impressed with Roycederm. After a few weeks use, my big toe nails are actually healing. This is after 10 years of prescription therapies, otc, Dr visits. It really becomes disheartening. I am an avid hiker and swimmer and have put my feet through it. So It’s really too soon to say this is going to give me back my normal big toe nails. But so far, it’s looking great. Give this product a try! The ingredients are great, including salicylic acid. I have sensitive skin and this product does not irritate.

I know this says it's for fungal issues, but i had a rash on my forearms from gardening and it got rid of it! In ONE application. After trying other things for an entire week.I did use it on my feet after being in stinky gardening boots. It's very soothing and cooling. It does have a medicated old people medicine smell, but it's not that bad. It actually kinda clears your sinuses. In a good way.I really like that it's made with herbal ingredients like artemesia. It also uses salicylic acid (which naturally occurs in many plants).The price seems expensive at first, but a little goes a long way! And it works quick. At least for me. I'm very impressed with this product. Would highly recommend it!

Purchased this for a persistent, itchy rash on the back of my hand. I failed to check the full list of ingredients and thought it was an all plant based herbal formula. Missed the Salicylic acid ingredient which is a harsh ingredient used in acne medications. Upon application of this product, it burned my rash inflaming it so bad that I had to use ice packs on it for 24 hours. After that I applied a 20% zinc oxide ointment by Nivagen from Amazon - which was a life saver! I contacted RoyceDerm customer service by email and they have refunded my purchase price. I gave this 4 stars because they have great customer service.

I really want to like this but I have a couple of issues! It’s been a week and I’m almost out of the jar with little to no change in my athlete’s foot. Then there was a large air pocket in the container beneath the surface of the cream, making the jar have much less cream than it should. The only good thing I can say so far is that feels good on the skin and I will order one more jar to gauge its effectiveness, but I’m not satisfied with the performance so far. I expected more given the reviews. I have also been using this on a small ring worm on my arm for over a week now with no changes!

I continually get skin rashes around the waist line of, specifically where my boxer's elastic band is.
