Just got this pump today, anyone have issues with it not shutting off after it builds pressure?

Sounds like the by pass switch needs adjusting. It needs to be adjusted accordingly to the pressure setting adjustment of the pump. They need to work together.

Why would this pump shut off for 10 seconds and run for 10 seconds?
