Love these earbuds but the charger has broken. Is it possible to replace/ order a new one. Is it something that I can pick up at Staples or Target? Please advise.

I like the sound quality, comfort and also noise canceling that came with a cord but when I use it on only 1 side of my ear, the other side tends to slip down too low which pulls my other ears when using. The cord helps me to not loose it easily but the weight of the actual earpiece is too heavy for me.

Debated over giving 3 or 4 stars, but opted for 3 because I don't think I will be using them as often as I'd like.It took me a bit on the first day to get used to the fit but by the second day they were pretty comfortable and easy to put on securely! I did swap out the earbud tips for the smallest ones and I have not used yet them for any physical activity, nor do I plan to. I just wanted wireless earbuds so I could do chores around the apartment and some light stretching/yoga during quiet hours (thin walls). The earbud tips do a good job of muffling ambient noise.What I don't like: the headphones are a bit loud for me. There, I said it. I have sensitive ears and I don't see myself using this unless I'm somewhere loud, like on the subway or at an extremely busy cafe. Using these with an iPhone 6S, the lowest volume setting on the earbuds correlates with two "squares" on the iPhone volume control. Whenever I try going lower to one "square" either via my phone or via my headphone controls, the sound goes mute. Very disappointing because otherwise I really enjoy these.As for the armband, I am happy to report that it fits my iPhone 6S and its Pong case. However, I have yet to use it with any headphones, either wired or wireless.Edited on May 21, 2018:After using these headphones more, I wanted to address some concerns I've seen reflected in other reviews.Fit: The nub at the end of the hook is a little too close to the actual earbud, so the hook digs in and it gets uncomfortable about half an hour after wearing. There is no swivel or give.Background noise: There is indeed a weird buzz/hum in the background of any sound. I can definitely tell it's there even when I'm listening to something. I didn't say anything at first because it doesn't really bother me, but decided to include it in my edit because everyone's sound sensitivities are different. It's most apparent in the gap between the end of the audio and the headphones going into some kinda of "sleep" mode (it's still on, but it's not actively transmitting anything). That's when the audio drops out but the buzz/hum continues and you realize you weren't imagining things.Bass: The bass notes are indeed the most obnoxious but I still maintain that I wish lower volumes worked on these headphones. Tenergy, hit me up if there's ever a software update for the headphones!Range: I can use these without problem tethered to my iPhone on the other side of my small apartment (so about 30-40 feet). Haven't tried for longer distances though.

The only issue is that the wire between the 2 ear pieces should be 2 inches longer, but that is a minor issue, this unit works quite well.

I have been using these headphones on my daily bike ride for a couple of weeks now and they have performed well. They always seem to sync right up with my phone and they stream music from the phone very well. Sound quality with the type of music I listen to is good to very good. The phone function seems to work well also and the sound is generally clear to me and the people with whom I am speaking. Battery life seems good as well.I do have some suggestions for improvement though. The housings tend to create quite a bit of wind noise. This may not be an issue for runners or people in a gym, but for cyclists it can get tiring. Maybe the front of the housing could be rounded off a bit in the next version to cut through the air better. The other area of concern is the multi-use button. This button really needs to stick out a bit more to make it easier to find in a hurry.If not for those two issues, it would get a 5 star rating from me. Now we wait to see how long it lasts!

So, first off, I am 6'5, 260 lbs and I go running 4-5 days a week on country roads, trails, etc... I currently have 3 different style buds, all bluetooth with different ear securing designs, and EVERYTIME they would fall out almost immediately... So I was looking for something with a better design; up was hesitant with these but decided to for the good deal plus the case and arm band... The ear pieces fit perfectly right out of the box; I was head banging with them to see and the sound wasn't even affected. More so, I'm very impressed with the quality of sound. These don't have the cheap, diluted sound most buds have. It was easy to connect and worked immediately. The case it also really nice and has a carrabeaner attached... The arm band fits me comfortably and I probably have larger arms than most (not bc I'm jacked, just generally bigger than most lol). The only thing I really noticed was my phone wouldn't fit in the arm band while still in it's case, though I'm not ignorant enough to think it would. If anyone needs comparison for the band, I have a Samsung 7s Edge... Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend!

Purchased these due to needing some new Bluetooth headphones for my long commute. These so far are great! Especially for the price. Came in a nice box, Inside the box you have a "carbon fiber" carry case, 3 different sizes of ear tips including 1 pair of foam tips. Wire management/holder, and a bonus is the arm band to hold a phone for any people purchasing these to run. I did not inspect the arm band as I didn't care much for it, so unsure of quality or size phone it holds. The headphones paired up easily, just press the red button on the right side and hold, literally like 10secs or less. Very comfortable and they seem to stay in place with ease, volume buttons have a nice response when pressing on them. Overall audio is clear, surprisingly a lot of bass!! Certain songs it might actually feel over powering lol. These things get loud, you can easily hear a song just by dangling them around neck at max volume and so far no distortion or static. Honestly I'm extremely happy with these and hope they last, but I don't mind spending $25 to purchase again.Edit: oh by the way, call quality/audio is great no issues whatsoever.
