I purchased this wallet to replace my Ridge wallet AND I AM SO GLAD I DID. I wish i would have purchased this wallet before shelling out the $100 for the Ridge wallet š The Groove Life wallet works well and itās fun to use. I just received my wallet but, here are the (subjective) pros and cons iāve noticed so far; Pros: Sleek Slim Functional Minimalist Cons: If you have metal cards, they will slide out if you do the shake test. (If youāre holding the wallet lightly. If you squeeze tighter from the sides while doing it, then none of the cards will fall out) You might have to re-arrange some cards as well.. in my case for example, i had to put my Venture X credit card between my chase sapphire preferred and another card because it would just slide back down on itās own when it was at the front. Only fits 6 cards MAX so, if you have more, youāll have to make some sacrifices.. or just carry two walletsš Canāt fit $2,000 in the money clipšš I have a mix of $100s, $50s, and $20s so, i suppose it might work if you use only $100s. (Maybe) The overall quality feels great and In my opinion, It should be a durable wallet. As I mentioned before, I bought this wallet to replace my Ridge wallet. It was such a pain in the a** trying to get a specific credit card out of my Ridge wallet so, after struggling with that for a few months and being extremely annoyed, i decided to pull the trigger on this groove life wallet and Iām glad I did. $100 is a lot to spend on any wallet BUT, I think itās worth it in this case given the fact that you can return it to Groove Life for a FREE replacement. (So long as you register it) The Groove Life wallet has some weight to it. Itās not āheavyā per se, but it is noticeably heavier than the Ridge wallet.

Initial impressions: Itās huge. Im exaggerating of course but itās definitely larger compared to the Ridge. Iāve had the same Ridge wallet for a few years now and Itās great. My only complaint with the Ridge is getting the cards out to pay for something. I usually have to remove all the cards from the Ridge wallet and shuffle through them to find the correct card. 1st world problems I know but still, it gets old. Hence the reason I bought the Groove Wallet. Seems dope, nice quality but as soon as I opened the box, I was like āthatās hugeā lol. Only because Iām comparing it to the size of my Ridge Wallet. However, it isnāt deal breaker-huge for me at this point in time, so Iām going to give it a honest shot. Satisfied with the purchase thus far.

This is the first wallet that Iāve found that can hold as little as one card and not have it fall out, even after repeated use and having as many as 6 cards in it most of the time. All the other minimalist wallets with an elastic band, stretch out after having 5-6 cards in them and risk cards falling out when having less cards in them. Iāve had other wallets where cards fell out after taking my debit card out for use, thankfully I noticed and was able to pick them up. This wallet uses a friction type of containment system that does not stretch out with repeated use and keeps the cards just as secure as the day I got it. The money clip is also nice and tight and I keep a few bills in it, and donāt worry about them falling out either. This is not a cheap wallet, but not having to worry about losing my cards, is totally worth it.
