YMMV with Tongkat Ali, your best bet is to get a blood panel done with your doctor to see if this stuff works for you.One of the things that immediately stood out to me about this product was the high dosage of Tongkat Ali per capsule - at 1200 mg, it's one of the most potent supplements of its kind that I've come across. And with 120 capsules in each bottle, it's a great value for the price.I also appreciated that it's non-GMO and gluten-free, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions. it may not work for everyone so don't expect it to be a magic pill.Overall, though, I would definitely recommend giving Piping Rock Tongkat Ali a try if you're looking for a natural way to boost your energy levels and improve your overall health and just want to give it a try. Just be prepared for the large capsules and keep in mind that it may not work for everyone.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and I've seen none of the advantages I've read about from taking this supplement. I'm in my early sixties, but I'm very active (biking, hiking, pickleball, and life) and I was hoping to see a boost in energy, but I can't say that these are anything but large, hard-to-swallow pills. The dosage is three, so the bottle isn't going to last long in spite of a low average price. I could have given them a lower star rating, but I've read other reviews and they are all glowing, so maybe I'm just not wired to get a benefit from this supplement. I know that we all react differently to things like this, so if you'd like to give these a try from reading other reviews, good luck to you.

I've found that Tongkat Ali helps my husband. It gives him more interest and motivation to do the things he loves. The supplement he previously used is no longer in stock, so we are trying this one out. The listing title is somewhat misleading, as a "serving" of this supplement is two pills. So, each pill is 600mg, not 1200mg. However, 500-600mg is actually the recommended dose if you research this supplement elsewhere. It does feel a bit cheaty that they say there are 120 capsules and each "serving" is 1200mg, and then the capsules are actually 600mg.The capsules are large. Probably about an inch long. Not overly wide. My husband said they aren't difficult to swallow, and he hasn't had any stomach issues from taking them. The inside of the bottle has a faint smell that kind of makes me think of school glue-paste, but the individual pills don't have a smell or taste. 2-4 months worth of pills for around $20 (as of 4/2023) seems reasonable if this is something that works for you.
