Quick replacement
Laptop was a quick replacement for one i managed to work to death, I thought this would tide me over till I could get a newer one, but this has been a wonder the speaker quality is unbelievable for a laptop and loading up could not have been easier the fingerprint reader was better than my old laptop which cost a lot more than this, everything I need to run runs without a hiccup, so my temporary laptop has been saved me a fortune as I will now be keeping this and we'll see how long it lasts.

Does Not Match Excellent Condition Criteria
A great machine with the specs as described, however the noticable signs of cosmetic damage do not match the Amazon Refurb store's criteria for "Excellent condition". As there ARE "signs of cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, when viewed from 12 inches (30 centimeters) away". While there is no major cosmetic damage, the minor scatches and marks are noticable and do not meet Excellent condition criteria, so that was a little disappointing.

Great Laptop from a trusted supplier
I have bought PCs from C2IT via Amazon in the past and their products always correspond to the posted description and arrive well packed. Their customer service is responsive too. This HP laptop was no exception, not the cheapest refurbed unit but a top-notch spec for a solidly built machine with great full HD screen and in perfect condition. Runs W11, Office and Photoshop very fast. A good value buy for me.
