I never thought I would enjoy this book this much. Wow…What a suspense! I guessed the wrong person as killer.Hero Archer Radcliffe…he was swoon worthy. Dark with an edge and dangerous vibe … he was completely smitten with the heroine from the first meet.Likewise Delilah Darrow was unpredictable, strong and intelligent heroine. I loved her drive and dedication. She kept on surprising me throughout the book. The mystery and suspense was very well done and at times I was spooked especially as I was reading this after midnight.I enjoyed the bromance between Archer and heroine’s friend Memphis so much. He was such a hilarious character that he constantly cracked me up. I’m so ready for his story next.The hospital scenes towards the end was my favourite. It was just perfect.Safe and recommended.

It's been a while since I have read a mystery novel and this is right up my alley. I love the characters.Archer is a billionaire who gives the impression that he doesn't care about anything besides his business. His fiancée disappears and he is at the top of list of suspects. He has been hounded for two years about being guilty of her disappearance.Delilah dedicates her time to solving cold cases. In this case she suspects Archer of be guilty, so she dresses up to attend a charity ball to get near him. She gets near him alright, but he suspects her motive upon seeing her. She is going to bring him down and he knows it from experience of the approach of women. He offers her a job and she can hardly refuse. She has to work with him to find his missing fiancée. He knows what she does through his lawyer. The plan backfires when they fall for each other. She soon finds that underneath the cold exterior, there is a caring person inside. There are more than one suspect and they set about to solve the puzzle. The problems is closer to home than anticipated, but getting to prove it is difficult at the begenning and soon they find someone who confesses willingly. It's all about jealousy. Anyway it turns out that be murder and they solve the mystery which at this point is no mystery at all. Archer becomes more protective of Delilah and he proposes. The ending is sweet as they both go off happily into the sunset.It's a very good read and I am glad that I picked it up. The plot is interesting and all the characters each bring their own value to the story. A great start to the series.

Frozen In Ice is the first in Cynthia Eden's new Ice Breaker Cold Case series. A series set around a group called the Ice Breakers who work together to bring loved ones home. Whether dead or alive. So investigative journalist Delilah whose own twin sister Layla is amongst those missing sets her sights on billionaire Archer Radcliffe. Whom she believes murdered his fiancée Vanessa two years ago.But as the pair get close. Delilah learns there is much more to Archer than she initially thought. And with the help of her team and especially tracker Memphis. They find a killer who is closer than any of them could have ever of imagined.And with great pacing, sexual tension, twists and a killer I didn't expect this was a great introduction to a new series and it's one I would happily recommend to others.

What an intriguing start to this series, thoroughly hooked. Such intriguing characters. Delilah is just awesome, so strong, so intelligent, so determined. Loved. And poor Asher, been through the trenches, hiding behind his icy exterior. They came together and imploded. Starting as an uneasy partnership and ending I their beautifully written HEA. Cannot wait to read the entire series. On to Memphis now!

Another great read from Cynthia with a perfect couple. Great suspense and heat with everything I love in a book. I really really can’t wait for the next book in the series and more from Memphis he was brilliant and almost stole the show! Thankfully Archer was incredible and Delilah so dedicated, sweet and caring. A really great read I would recommend.

With great characters and a fast paced storyline, I was kept entertained all the way through!
