Bach Flower Therapy: The complete approach

I was given this book 20 years ago, long before I commenced my BF training. I am now a Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner, and this is the book I rate most highly, for psychological insights into the Bach Remedies. I teach the use of the remedies to former addicts, and have recommended this book to dozens of them. There is sufficient psychological depth without the dryness or old-fashioned language of some of the other books on BFRs. One word of warning: several years ago, Amazon suggested that i should buy this book with the Illustrated Encyclopedia of Bach Flower Remedies by the same author. I did, but found that the main text is the same, with some minimal updating of the language! The encyclopedia is a much bigger book, with beautiful colour photograpy, and additional "how-to-choose your remedies" pages, but you really don't need both books unless you want the same text twice.

Great book, clear and well explained situations for each essence.

Bought this to replace my last copy. Covers psychological aspects with some nice positive statements to reflect upon.

Although I have known of remedies for quite some time thought practice was beyond me for various reasons. Borrowed this book and instantly I attuned to it. The best bible of information from beginer to practitioner. Very well written AND understandable.

This book is 100% useful. I had my first copy about 30 years ago and have used it so much through the years and still refer to it now. I love it.

This is the best book I have found on the Bach Flower Remedies, and I have tried quite a few. I am re-purchasing this book to replace my old one that seems to have been lost in a removal.

My pets health and well being is extremely important to me. Have found this book to be a valuable reference and resource of information for my pets (2x rescue puppies). Am very invested in learning and utilizing all natural holistic: techniques (reiki), herbal, essential oils and Flower Bach Remedies. My girls are totally worth it and the better health and well being the less vet visits or costs.

Dr. Edward Bach was an amazing man who has left us a priceless legacy. He explains that the healing of the mind and the emotions through these flower essences and a deeper connection to our Inner Guidance will also bring about healing on the physical level. The books written by his student Mechthilde Scheffer have taken Dr. Bach's teachings to a much more profound level. I highly recommend this book to newcomers to Bach Flower Remedies. It would be greatly beneficial to study it alongside Mechthild Scheffer's other book, "Bach Flowers for Crisis Care". I sincerely believe that Bach Flower Remedies and the writings of Mechthild Scheffer are important catalysts in our evolution to higher consciousness.

Ich habe das Buch gekauft um meine Schwägerin in England eine Freude zu machen. Ich war so angetan von diesem Buch aber das es bei mir geblieben so, und meine Schwägerin hat sie in England selber besorgt. Ich finde die Beschreibung viel besser als die andere Beschreibungen die ich sonst hatte, und ich kann die Mittel viel leichter zu Ordnen. Kann sie nur Empfehlung.
