Let start by saying, I had a slight issue with my order but I reached out to the seller who dealt with it very professionally. Very swift to respond and resolve, thank you, I'll be irdering from this seller again.The books are great and really captured the attention of my six year old who did a great job of reading them, with a little help from me, for the bigger words :)Overall, a five star experience, with the product and the seller. My daughter absolutely loved the books.

The 2008 film based on enormously popular books. New arrivals at "a big creepy house in the middle of nowhere" face danger from encircling fantastical creatures. These seek the chronicles compiled eighty years earlier by the then owner who mysteriously disappeared. The work reveals all their secrets and they will kill to retrieve it.The film works a treat because it knows how to keep focussed and when to stop (a lesson yet to be learned by some overblown extravaganzas). A tour de force for Freddie Highmore as twins Jared and Simon - so cleverly done, it was only afterwards I discovered he had played both! Unexpected names are involved - including Marie-Louise Parker ("Weeds") as the mother, Joan Plowright as the missing man's daughter, now aged and considered "confused". Music is by James Horner ("Titanic", "Avatar").A splendid array of rather horrible monsters may for some viewers provoke a sleepless night or two. Grown-ups beware! You may face a barrage of questions after the bonuses. They claim the film is based on actual events and such creatures DO exist.Scary fun for young people and older ones too.Recommended.
