Thanks in advance..** A: No straps underneath **Q: Can this be used with Audi A4 b8 which has flat roof rails and not raised to put the straps under only connect with front and back of roof bars** A: I'm sure you could if you took it easy when driving, the bag is fairly stable when filled with a good weight. I would recommend using a strip of non slip matting under the bag and just buy a cheap ratchet strap and run it across the bag and through both passenger doors just to add some lateral stability. Wow, this is incredible quality for such a low cost. Tough, durable and sizeable. It fit the car perfectly and is fully waterproof. As others have mentioned the straps are a little fiddly and we probably will invest in some ratchet straps for future uses.Love how compact it folds up meaning it's easy to store (it comes with a storage bag) and it will now see regular use on future trips!
