AIRZONE – Aidoo WiFi Control for Air Conditioning – Compatible with FUJITSU 3 Wires AZAI6WSCFUJ – Remote AC Control and App Scheduling – Works with Google Home and Alexa

The Airzone app is significantly better than Kumo cloud for day to day including managing a schedule (which they do really well). The only gap would be system errors that Kumo cloud provides that I dont believe are available on Airzone but they make up for that with other functions such as the reporting. I have been using Airzone for about 8 months now and all and all I am really happy with it.

BEWARE: NETWORK SECURITY: This cloud connection is not secure overseas. My internet security showed this unit downloading over 4 gb of data in a day. If you purchase, set it up on a separate 2.4ghz WiFi network, as I believe this overseas company knows about this problem. Understand the risk of your network when deciding on remote control of your HVAC. Is it worth it? *******The main reason for a DO NOT BUY rating: The unit will disconnect on you and go “offline”. The main problem with this is the internet is always good, the unit is 10 feet away from the router, and no other network devices have problems. I have cameras 60 feet away from the router with no problems at all. The unit will not reconnect on its own. So you will have to crawl into the attic, crawlspace, or location and manually unplug the connection to get it to reconnect. That’s all you have to do to get it to work again because the unit will not reconnect itself or respond to the app via the phone. This is a problem on airdoo’s engineering side of this product that needs to be fixed. Freezing of the unit and going offline all the time is not exceptable. I will say the customer service help in this has been responsive. But the blame game starts and they will blame your internet provider, then they will blame your network, then they will tell you the installer needs to fix it. They will tell you to change settings, open up ports, which do not do!, because that opens your network up to getting your network hacked and data will be downloaded via their cloud servers. If they would fix the security issue, provide a trusted cloud connection, and make the unit auto reconnect if it disconnects, this would be a great unit.

The time consuming part of the job was removing the cover from the Mitsubishi exchanger and threading the cable from the wifi controller to the circuit board inside the exchanger Once that was done it was easy to install the Airzone app on my smart phone and link the app to the exchanger

This worked with the Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-FH18NA2 for On/Off and Temperature control but a heads up that the Mode selection (cool, heat, fan, etc) cannot be selected via app/wifi and the remote control must have the batteries installed.

The installation process is easy. Note, this device needs to be on a different circuit than the air handler/compressor. The app works well.

The Google Home support has stopped working, it is not even possible to connect to the Airzone Cloud app. Their support is absolutely horrendous, they completely refuse to even look into the issue. I bought this for that support so now it's completely worthless for me

The product literature in the box says to use the Airzone Aidoo app. After discovering a few issues and contacting support, they said that you’re not supposed to use that app anymore you’re supposed to use the Airzone Cloud app

Genial el aparatito. Un poco difícil a conectar porque el lugar de conexión en mi aparato no tenía fácil acceso. Funciona a la perfección con control a distancia y programable vía el teléfono móvil. Una compra (un poquito cara), pero valió la pena. De hecho he comprado otro para otro aparato y también con la misma satisfacción. El servicio técnico y de ayuda del fabricante: ex-ce-len-te ! Súper profesionales, amigables y colaboradores, pacientes con los clientes. Muy bien! De 10!

Fonctionne en parallèle de la télécommande originale. Simple à installer. Il me permet de programmer les heures de démarrage/arrêt sur la semaine. Un contrôle depuis un smartphone. J'aurais mis 5 étoiles si une programmation calendaire avait été prévue et si Alexa était capable également de changer la vitesse de ventilation

Tengo calefacción y aire acondicionado centralizada por aire con un aparato Fujitsu ACY 140H UiAT-LH, el sistema de control era un termorregulador de pared con 3 cables que dejó de funcionar hace unos meses de forma correcta, parece ser que el sistema de presión de los botones se desgasta y funciona cuando quiere. Miré volverlo a cambiar, pero el precio se iba a más de 250€, por lo que busqué un sistema compatible y encontré el Control WiFi Aidoo Fujitsu 3 wires AIRZONE AZAI6WSCFUJ de Airzone, empresa española afincada en Malaga, creo. Es importante escoger en sistema correcto con tu aparato de aire, y en mi caso estuve mirando bastante hasta que lo localicé, me llegó en 2 días y me puse a instalarlo, llamé a atención al cliente de la empresa para asegurarme de los pasos a dar y no meter la pata y me atendió Fernando, amable y correcto sabiendo cómo proceder para que no tuviera problemas en la instalación. Conecte los 3 cables del anterior termorregulador, instalé la aplicación registrándome y funcionando a la primera, vía wifi desde el móvil y sin necesidad de estar en casa para controlar la calefacción y a un precio bastante inferior al sistema Fujitsu ya anticuado. En la imagen se ve la instalación y el cable en el cajetín del anterior termorregulador, que taparé convenientemente con algún adorno, ya que no puedo cortarlo o sustituirlo por un cable más pequeño, porque según me aclararon desde atención al cliente esta es la longitud mínima de cable para que no haya fallos de conexiones y traspaso de datos con el sistema. Esta ha sido mi experiencia y quería compartirla con quien la pueda leer por si le sirve. Saludos.
