So far I have three of those on my panel and have been running two of those for the past 2 weeks. I know they are usually used for spas and outdoor pools, but I have them on all the legacy wiring left at my place. Some of that lacks proper grounding and goes everywhere. I don’t have a reason to suspect it is unsafe, but I don’t particularly trust it either. This way if one of those wires ever does something stupid, the breaker would kill the circuit. Works as intended so far. I have not had nuisance breaker trips so far.

Perfect replacement for my Murray circuit breakers. They work flawlessly and I upgraded 2 of these breakers (4 total) from AFCI to dual feature in about 10 minutes -- and given that I'm not an electrician, this was pretty easy. I tested both with the test button and an AFCI/GFCI testing tool on the receptacles and it was great. They are about the same size, so easily fit in the breaker box. It's only been about 30 hours since installing, but the breaker hasn't tripped, so I'm very happy. Note: It's important for safety: If you are installing these in a subpanel, make sure that your ground wires and your neutral wires do not go to the same bar in the panel -- it's very dangerous! Grounds go to one, neutrals (pigtails) go to the other!

duh ! at first it looked like I received a double pole breaker, but read the instructions! both the neutral AND hot goto the breaker, not like the typical neutral bond and hot lead to the breaker. the lugs have a fastener for either a slotted screwdriver or square drive. the lugs are NOT colored silver and brass tone for the neutral/ hot designation so the basic instruction diagram was consulted, getting the best fit screwdriver or driver is important for proper torquing (tightening) of the lugs and also for removal of the breaker your replacing. The dual LED display makes troubleshooting easy the included sticker is on the service panel so if years later a problem develops the indicators can be read. BTW this was installed on a kitchen circuit as an upgrade to cover all the outlets with GFCI and spark protection and simplified the job by not having to find out the first outlet fed and installing a GFCI outlet there, so the cost justified the work as it only requires you to work at the load center. Yes they are expensive but it's a device that requires high quality and has the built in diagnostics. Will eventually order some more to cover other circuits that don't have the protection. Ran all appliances on the circuit , didn't cause any trips yet. Handled the Kuerig and others no problem didn't test any other devices like vacuum etc. Instructions are basic installation and troubleshooting printed in four languages.
