I’m on my third IMUSA 3-Cup Electric Espresso Maker (Black) and I keep coming back to it because it makes excellent Cuban coffee! This little machine delivers rich, strong, authentic espresso with great crema every single time. It heats up fast, works reliably, and is super easy to use and clean — perfect for my daily cafecito. I’ve had to replace it every couple of years because the heating element and seals do deteriorate over time with daily use, but honestly, for the price it’s totally worth it. Two solid years of perfect coffee is great value in my book. The quality is consistent across every unit I’ve bought, and it still outperforms many more expensive machines for traditional Cuban-style coffee. If you love strong, flavorful espresso or Cuban coffee at home, this is a solid, affordable choice. I’ll definitely keep buying it as needed. Highly recommend!

Read the directions and understand that the small insert is ONLY if you use this to make a 3 cup pot. Otherwise just leave it out if you're brewing a full 6 cup or as I say "a full cup". It makes the perfect cup of coffee (moka). I have run espresso ground, course ground and medium (standard) ground through it and it comes out perfect every single time. This has been the perfect addition to my office and most definitely beats the office carafe commoner coffee. 4 stars because nothing in this life is perfection- but this is as close as it gets.

The product came with a strange 2 pin plug. I then purchased a European plug as an adaptive but the thin 2 prong plug did not fit into this either. I have attempted to rewrite it into a UK plug. The light comes on but it doesn’t work. Total disaster!
