Excellent buy
We bought this sink to install under a new granite counter and have been 100% pleased. There is really nothing negative to report, but there is a caution about installation. Pluses: - The sink is plenty deep and with a narrow separation between sides, it gives you lots of sink volume to work with big items. - The grates supplied have removable plastic feet and bumpers to keep them from marking the sink You can take the plastic off and put the grate in your dishwasher. The grates are sturdy and we really like having them. This is a new feature for us and the grate make a great dying rack for one side of the sink while on the other side the other grate keeps dishes off the bottom of the sink where fall and are easily rinsed away. - The finish is very nice. It wipes down easily. - The 16 gauge walls make it pretty solid and the sound damping on the sides helps with that. - The drains were actually the most surprising part of this sink, and we really like them. The throats are deep and the baskets are as well. These are not the typical drain plug/strainer combination that you usually get. The stoppers are separate and just fit over the top of the drains. The baskets have many holes that are small enough to catch things you don't want to go down the drain, but there are enough of them to keep the drain working even when small scraps start to accumulate. The baskets are easy to pull out and dump and are easier to clean than a plug/strainer combination. The caution: The depth of the sink and the additional length of the drains can complicate installation. You may have to replace P-traps, etc., to accommodate these drains.

Happy with sink, 2 years later
It's been almost 2 years since getting this sink for a kitchen remodel. It replaced a porcelain sink. We're very pleased with it. Stainless steel does get some fine scratches, which I've learned not to fuss too much about. Still looks better than the old white porcelain. The accessories are a nice bonus. And I liked that it was made in a place other than China.

I have been using this sink for over two months and am 100% satisfied with the product
I bought the Ruvati RVM4300 Undermount kitchen sink almost three months ago and have it installed in my kitchen as part of my kitchen remodel project. I have been using this sink for over two months and am 100% satisfied with the product. The sink came in well-packaged in brand new condition with all the accessories and manuals. It looked and felt weighty and in good quality. After the installation it matched our new granite counter-top perfectly. Because of the well-padded sides and bottom we don't hear any loud splashing. The depth was perfect for our purpose - it was two inches deeper that our previous sink and now we don't have to tilt our cookware to avoid hitting the faucet. The rinse grids are very useful keeping sink bottom from scratches and food debris from catching cooker bottom. They are looking beautiful as well. And, last but not the least, you can't beat the price for this quality sink. It was at least $100 cheaper than what the granite installer was selling (another brand) and theirs was 18 gauge. We are really glad we found this Ruvati sink on Amazon.com and the reviews were vary helpful. And now we want to give our opinion back and hopefully help others to choose.

INITIALLY SKEPTICAL.....BUT WOW!
OK....so I admit I was a little skeptical buying this sink..... When I finally picked out my new quartz kitchen counter tops, I naturally picked a sink that I thought would be a spectacular match! I almost choked on the $650+ price tag...and so I started shopping around using the specs from the really expensive sink. Ruvati was one of the first brands to appear in my search and low and behold, it had everything the first sink had and MORE...for over $400 LESS! The satin finish is SPECTACULAR....cleans easily and always looks brilliant! The built in strainer baskets are ingenious....as are the custom, rubber footed grates for sink bottoms....and if they get gross, go right into the dishwasher. The sink itself is super deep and wonderful for cleaning those items just not suitable for the dishwasher. Seriously.....this sink is GORGEOUS and functional....and I cannot wait to discover what other products Ruvati offers for my next round of house renovations! If you are shopping kitchen sinks.....BUY THIS SINK.....you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Heavy gauge, quiet sinks - value for money
We installed two Ruvati sinks 15 months ago and Iโm writing to say how happy we are with this product. I gave five stars for ease of installation but disclaimer: my contractor put the sinks in. The two photos show with and without the grates to illustrate that the greats do make a little mark on the sink over time, but this is completely invisible when the grates are in place, which for us is always. The sinks are 16 gauge steel making them very quiet when you run the water. Itโs hard to find this gauge steel in the big box stores. My quartz countertop maker used the cut out pattern that came with the sinks and the countertops fit over them perfectly. I would 100 percent buy these again. Good price, high-quality, and they look great.

Really nice sink!
I love this sink! The finish is great, it's not real clanky when putting dishes in, and the "extras" (sink baskets, stoppers, and racks) are of good quality. Others complained about the templates being off, so I used the upside down sink and measured in by 1 inch around to establish the cut lines. The hole was too small, so I ended up going by the template and it worked out fine. The only issue I had was the metal brackets were too long for the space between the sink and cabinets, so I had to turn them at an angle and remove the front brackets altogether. I cut it as close as I could toward the front and I believe the sink is sandwiched between the countertop and cabinet. The instructions also say to not over tighten the brackets. I did on one of them and it pulled the thread ring right out of the plastic piece. I'll just get a few clips from the store as reinforcement. I am very happy with the sink. Great product, especially for the price.

A Steal
An excellent buy, this is a high quality sink. We re-did the kitchen with Granite. Locally, name-brand and off-brand sinks were much higher $$, and did not include the features in this sink. The metal is thick, and the sound deadening is great. We looked at a name-brand sink of similar size, and it was more than 3 times the price, no accessories, and thinner metal. We decided to take a chance (Prime), and we have been very pleased with the result. The granite installer has seen many sinks, and he was impressed with the finish and quality of the fit. The sink is about 9 months old now, and looks new. Installation was standard. This was an excellent choice. We installed a disposal on one side, but used the supplied deep strainer on the other. It lifts out nicely and dumps easily. A few things to be aware of: 1. The sink is very deep, mounts below the cabinet, and the strainers are deep. You may need to move (lower) your drain exit from your cabinet. We were fortunate that we did not, but barely. 2. The feet on the grating are hard plastic, and have burnished the finish a little at the points of contact. A softer rubber would be better. 3. The feet on the grating do not drain, and could cause rusting in the future Overall, a very impressive sink considering the price and the extras. We could not find better at up to $1000 locally.

quality sink, heavy gauge
installed by countertop installers, so can't comment on ease of install. Finish very nice, like the bottom grates, easy to keep clean, like the 'saver' baskets, only used 1 of those as drain not compatible with existing garbage disposal, however, noise from the garburator is much less now.

Really solid construction
This is a heavy duty sink (16 gauge). Well insulated and coated. Nice clean look and love the deep strainers with integral catches as well as the grates. The only reason this doesn't rate higher for us is because even in spite of our obsessive attention to being careful, the unit has already taken on some surface scratches. The finish on this sink is different than most so I'm not sure how to buff these out. Other than that, we're really happy with it.
