The first and most important reason for the 3 stars is because I have ordered this same product twice and twice the amount of pills were less than what is said is in the bottle. I counted the from the first day I opened and took the vitamins till the last day. Second reason is because while this product does help a little bit, it does not take away my symptoms completely and I’ve been taking them for 2 months. But I will take whatever relief I can get at this point.

These capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a taste or smell. I love that they contain 3 B vitamins and feel that they are really helping with my overall energy levels. These supplements help me wake up feeling well-rested and mentally alert. I am not much of a morning person so that is very beneficial for me.
