E-Bike Rack 2 Bike Double Hitch Mount w/Ramp eBike Heavy Duty

The rack is very sturdy, and customer support was great when I ordered it!The reviews that state that the rack is short or cannot fit 29" wheels - I had no issue reaching out to the customer support here on Amazon, telling them that I have two 29" bikes and they sent me the replacement rails together with the rack itself. Installing them was quite easy as well - took maybe another 10-15 minutes.Only things I will be changing in mine - are replacing the anti-rattle bracket with a quick-release one and replacing the pin with a Thule one to keep it compatible with other accessories I own.Very happy with the purchase.

The bike rack is very solid and holds the bikes securely with only contact with the tires. The locking pin that comes with it locks but is hard to use and is not worth the effort in my opinion. I replaced it and the stabilizer with a Maxxhaul locking hitch pin that also tightens and stops wobbling and bouncing and it is way easier to use. There is still some play in the mechanism that locks the rack into multiple positions so there is a little bit of bounce no matter how solid the rack is secured to the hitch. Over all I am very happy with the quality and ease of use.

Preliminary review since I have not used on vehicle yet. I received with 29” rails pre-installed so no need to reach out to manufacturer. Wanted a folding rack for more compact storage and this was perfect. Folded up dimensions 38”L x 15”W x 15”H. I assembled it in my house which made it tricky so would recommend assembling on the vehicle. 4 bolts and ready to go (won’t be using ramp so did not install) It is heavy but most racks are. Solid construction. Arms function smoothly. I mounted my 29er to test out which fit perfectly. Will update review once I take a few trips with it.

It says to contact seller after purchase to get extended rails so this rack will work with 29" wheels but who is the seller that is mentioned? Even though it was sold by Amazon, it's not them as I was told by customer service they did not carry parts for this and would have to contact the manufacturer. Well the manufacturers website doesn't exist anymore. So now i am sending this back.

This would be a really nice bike rack if it came with all the parts. We didn't notice until we went to load the bikes that one of the rollers that tightens against the tire was missing. I am 100% sure it was not in the box and it didn't roll away. It was easy to build even though the directions were a little sparse and easy to hookup to the car. Unfortunately, we can't use it without the roller. I know several people that have the One Up rack and this one is just as nice and sturdy and even comes with a ramp.I left a message and email with the manufacturer and haven't heard back yet. The Amazon customer support was not at all helpful; the first person told me to return it and order something else. The next call, I was transferred to 5! people and only ended up with a phone number to the manufacturer.

Great bike rack for the price. Our rack tipped over in the garage and suffered a bent arm, we contacted customer service and sent a pic, they promptly sent a replacement part. Great customer service.

I was extremely excited to find an all metal rack with no frame contact. Excellently built, steel and aluminum construction with stainless hardware! A medical condition keeps me from lifting my ebike so I sold my 1up (at a huge loss) rack in favor of this because it would allow me to roll the bike up. So disappointed to learn at the last minute that the rack won't hold longer mountain bikes. I have an XL enduro bike but it's fit in every rack my riding group has owned (kuat, Thule, bell, velocirax, Yakima, 1up...). The Rhino bilt is short, by A LOT). The top portion of the wheel loop needs another 6-8 inches of travel before it reaches its maximum wide at locked. The second picture shows how far the rail needs to travel before it can lock (the black mark). I'm so disappointed. Really impressed with the product other than the fact that it's not built for mountain bikes

I finally got around to putting this bike rack together just in time for the Fourth of July holiday. I don’t know why I waited. It was super easy to put together. The printed instructions were very good and the YouTube video was excellent. I now have the flexibility to take my E bike everywhere. My neighbors are asking where I bought it. They like the ease of use and the look of it. I like that it is mine 😀
