I went away for a week and the unit had kept the beer fresh just like the first pour
This unit ships with a 2-pin plug so if you are buying it in the UK, just cut the plug off and wire in a 3-pin. I was very doubtful about how this machine would be, but it pours surprisingly fresh beer! I went away for a week and the unit had kept the beer fresh just like the first pour. The torps are very easy to fit in seconds and hold 3.5 pints. I suggest keeping them in the bottom of the fridge to cool for a day or so or the unit takes 4 hours to cool one from warm - it's ready in 5 mins from the fridge. If it's not cool enough the beer tends to comes out foamy so wait for the green light on the unit to say it's ready. Deals for beer can be found online from the Sub's website, delivery of torps takes 2-5 working days.

Great but has issues
This would have got 5* but you can only order the beer torps from Belgium which takes 5-6 to deliver. If the beer came more locally it would be perfect

Wrong plug!
Nowhere does it say it isn’t a British plug. Very disappointed I know either send it back or I have to find an adapter tht will work

when the machine works it is great. delicious
as per what has been said previously by other people.when the machine works it is great. delicious. however this is badly let down by heineken customer service. You have to order online and the beer comes from belgium. it takes about a week. be prepared if you have any issues to spend hours on the phone to try and sort it out. the machine will definitely break down. ive had 2 - the pump on one broke before 30 days. the 2nd had a build up of ice issue.there are too many people that have had the same problems. the machines are simply not built to last.be warned....
