Happy with it right after setting it up! It came in one large box with all of the main trampoline parts, net and basketball hoop and a second smaller box with the sprinkler, lights and stakes for the ground. Pretty easy to set up but the instructions could be a little more detailed. We were able to figure it out but a few things we had to figure out because the instructions left us questioning things. Figuring out how to attach to netting to the bottom spring area was tedious and didn’t match the descriptions in the instructions so that was a little nerve wracking. The only thing that I with was better it where the net secures to the springs area. I think it could be safer if it had a way to attach more tightly to the trampoline mat area so that it eliminates every gap. I still would recommend this trampoline for the price. My kids are so excited about the bball hoop and the sprinkler when it gets warm. I definitely recommend.

Love this trampoline and all the extras that came with it. The sprinkler by far most favorite part!! My daughter loves it!!

It’s easier to put together with two people. Follow the directions and it goes pretty quick it took 2 of us 2 and a half hours to put together with kids trying to use it. The basketball hoop could be a little more sturdy but it works. Putting the net on was the hardest part. It takes a lot of time you have to feed the string in and out of the net to attach it. I thought it came with the ball and ssovks but it didn’t.

I have had a minor issue with a couple of parts missing and the customer services prompt response was great! Thank you my kids are enjoying it!

Edit: Oops. They arrived the next day and everything looks great and works as it should. Sturdier than some reviews make it sound.No lights, no stakes, no sprinkler. This "kit" was the only reason I bought this one for more money than some of the bigger brands.

Price was good, delivery was prompt. But there are missing items and I have not been successful with getting the missing items replaced. There was no sprinkler in the box and there were 3 springs missing. Frustrating.

I am so disappointed in this trampoline. The basketball hoop bent within the first 2 minutes of my girls playing with it. The net is constantly loosening which makes the whole unit look very sloppy…..There is nowhere at the top of the net to secure the lights or the water line at all. I wish I could get my money back for this trampoline but the return window closed before I was able to get help to assemble it and try it out for a day. Would NOT recommend.

My two children enjoy the trampoline for about a week and then the Steel bar Bent in half so now they can not user anymore. And I worked really hard to put it together 😕
