We just completed a remodel of our master bathroom and have this installed for our tub. Our contractor did the installation so I can’t speak to installation process, but we’ve had it for a month and a half with no issues. It’s really modern and clean looking and I like that the wand feature makes cleaning the tub super easy.

The $650 standing faucet that we installed six years ago was poorly designed from the beginning, on top of a failed temperature valve requiring us to find a replacement. We decided to take our chances and fit this one in it's place. The quality of the one was just replaced it with is on par, if not better quality. The wand and main faucet work and flow very well, with no drain back from the wand. Temperature control is reliable and isn't finicky. Save yourself $300 or more dollars in a local store brand and give it a whirl!

My only complaints is that it’s not super sturdy but I hear none of them are and the hand held drips water after turned off which runs down the hose onto the floor. It’s not a lot but still annoying!

Each piece came packed in a velour bag to prevent scratches or other physical damage. Easy to assemble and looks amazing in the bathroom.
