I decided to give these a shot without expecting too much. I followed the directions and put it where suggested and the first day of use I noticed a decrease in my stress and anxiety. This is amazing and a great natural aid to help stress relief, anxiety relief and relaxation, and a more restful sleep. I was able to work through issues that normally would've caused stress with more ease and I felt my body relax each day of use. I wasn't clenching my jaw. The adhesion was great too. It didn't fall off or cause irritation. I often forgot I was wearing one. My problems were still there but this gave my body a break from physically holding on to everything and I felt calmer and able to handle them. I highly recommend these, especially for people who aren't great about taking pill supplements.

I am currently going through several big life changes and feeling very stressed out. I take some of the ingredients listed on the patches in a supplement form such as Ashwaganda and Gaba. This patch was intriguing way of getting way of delivery versus having to take loads of pills.I was excited to try out these patches to see if I could function during my day without the overwhelming feeling of stress. The patch is simple to put and you don't even notice it is there. I did not have any adverse reaction while wearing. The adhesion is very strong, so it does pull a bit when taking it off. The first time I wore it I did dishes and it got a little wet. When I went to take it out there was a gummy was substance left on the skin. The second time I tried them I wore them a bit higher up on my inner forearm so it would not get wet and it came off without any residue. So I think the water caused it to get gummy.I did notice some ease in the stress and tension while I wore these. These patches may have been an alternative stress reliever for me, however the price at $3 a patch is bit steep, so not sure I would reorder.

These patches are so convenient. As a believer in ashwagandha and supplements, I was excited to try this in patch form. I did feel a bit more relaxed and mellow within about 20-30 min. of applying the patch. I like the idea of using this patch and not having to take more pills. It stayed on easily and was simple to remove after about ten hours or so. I think these might work well to apply before bed as well, to help relax at the end of the day. I really appreciate the addition of the rhodiola, chamomile, and passionflower extract, as all of these are also great for helping to manage stress. Recommend, this will definitely be used. With a lot of stress and turmoil in my life right now, I thought I'd give these patches a try and see if they provide even a slight calming effect to my day. Perhaps my stress levels are simply too much for these, but I felt they didn't provide enough benefit to be worth the effort.The patches themselves adhere very well as long as you avoid any areas where your body bends. I've been applying on my wrist and the patch that overlapped the wrinkles slightly where my inner wrist bends did lift a bit at one edge/corner.These patches are 2" square which is fairly large and covers my entire inner wrist. I wore mine with long sleeves which covered them. However on a recent warm day I considered applying one and decided against because these are *bright orange* and while the suggestion to coordinate with my jewelry and clothing was cute, actual placement suggestions and a less wild color would be great. I'd really prefer not to have to explain what the giant orange patch on my wrist is for to everyone.Removing the patch after 7+ hours wasn't terrible. It pulled slightly but only left the faintest of pink marks on my skin, and that faded quickly. I appreciated that there was no square of residue left at all the edges like often happens with bandages and the like.Between the price, color, and the almost imperceptible effect these had on me, I don't plan to order again.

I tried these a few times but never really noticed anything. I possibly need to try them for a longer period. No negative side effects.

I've also tried a couple of different spots on my arm where I can see a decent amount of veins near the surface of my skin (down near my wrist, and just below my elbow).For $3 per patch, I'd expect something noticeable. Probably not "magical anxiety off switch", but enough that I'm not wondering if it's doing anything or not.They've all peeled up very easily and without hurting when I've taken them off. When I put one near my wrist, it seems to end up losing some of its stickiness near the edges well before the 12 hours, though it still stays on.I appreciate that the outer packaging is compostable.

This is a nice and easy supplement to any vitamin/wellness regime. The patch adheres pretty well but I'd suggest using it in the later evening or maybe overnight as it does start to curl at the edges with activity. I've worn it a few times while relaxing at the end of the day and had no trouble but I've also worn it when just doing some light chores around the house and I had issues with it curling and ended up taking it off a couple hours earlier than I otherwise would have. The main part of the patch still adhered well enough that I wasn't worried about it falling off or anything but peeling edges bug me so I just took it off after 4-5 hours. Otherwise I like it and will probably try some of the other patches.
