Bough these shades to fit our 2024 Tesla Model Y . It was super easy to install. Some edges required a little maneuvering to fit, but it wasn’t anything difficult or impossible to manage. It covers the entire roof and provides shade. We haven’t folded it after installing so I can’t speak of if it’s easy to do or not, although I’d imagine it would be just fine. Overall great value for what we received. Happy with our purchase.

Perfect fit in a 2021 Model Y Long Range, the lighter color was a exact match to the interior color of the car too. The photos do not do it justice but it works so well! I took these photos at noon with the sun directly over head on a cloud free day, the harshest most direct sunlight possible and you can just barely see the light coming through the cover. The interior of the car does not seem as hot either. I would purchase these again if I needed to for some reason but they seem very durable, i'm probably going to remove them in the winter, but they're a must have in the summer. I installed them my self in about 10 total minutes. The clips were super easy to attach to the shade, and then slide into the trim of the roof. Would be just as easy to remove too. Im sure they'll be fine to store in the winter too, i'm not concerned about the durability of them and ease to store just leaned against something in my garage when it's cold out.

I pictured driving up to a parking lot, and if it was sunny, whipping out my roof shade and snapping it in. Not going to happen. It takes a good 10 - 15 minutes to put it in, and the clips keep falling out and getting lost (fortunately they provided extras). So, I have it up for a camping trip but will likely take it down after and might not use it any more, unless I'm going to have to park in the sun for a while in summer.

Installation was relatively easy, but it is faster with a second person to help. We installed the shades right before a long trip within SC with temperatures above 95 degrees and the shades did a great job at keeping cabin temperature cool. Will update if there are any issues with longer use.

Great product. Looks just as in the pictures. This really blocks the Sun and completely cuts out the heat that I could previously feel. The product inserts into the car easily and feels well made.

Fits awesome! We have a 2025 Model Y. I was kind of worried about the shade fitting properly but it’s a snug fit! :)

Great, overall, but not the clips.The clips need better design.I'm struggling to keep one of the shades in place. Due to clips, small but growing gaps in shade.Shade has fallen down.Will need to find replacement option for existing clips due to this problem and warping on clips as well.

2024 telsa y. Fits well. Color perfect. Looks oem. Installation instructions were good. Clips came off a couple of times when installing.
