The product does not work. It will not shred 1 sheet of paper.

I have a very effective shredder for big jobs, involving multiple sheets. But I bought this to handle small items. I didn't expect much from this handheld shredder and that's exactly what I got. It's okay for shredding small receipts and single sheets of paper, as long as they're no more than four inches wide. Beyond that, it struggles. The main problem is that its shredded strips become entangled in the blades and cannot easily be cleared. I'm keeping this machine only because there's nothing better on the market.

It was small enough to fit in a draw and it was great at shredding.

I'd love that this doesn't take up much room

This product doesn't work properly. It doesn't fulfill its function correctly. Furthermore, in my case, it arrived with the plastic casing broken.
