Easy install. Works great

Great product for a simple job!! Hold six rods with one set. I bought four because I have a lot of rods. Wood made. A little Flimsey or loose. I’m sure you could take out the screw that holds it together and glue, air nail it and it would be solid. For me it works just fine with out doing that. I am actually really happy they gave me/ provided screws and anchors that actually hold and are not wimpy or don’t work. So a plus there. Normally, I have to go buy screws and anchors. So I was really actually happy for that. For the price they’re not that bad. If you have wood, that’s sitting around you could easily drill holes cut small pieces and do probably a 10 times better job. But for what I needed and wanted, they were great. Mine are on the ceiling so it’s not on the wall going vertical. It is on the ceiling of my garage so they are out of the way. I used a Phillips screwdriver, the same diameter as the anchor, marked it with a Phillips screwdriver with the pre-set holes drilled into the wood where I wanted it. Then use the large larger Phillips, and pushed through my drywall, then pushed in the anchor by hand, then use my drill gun to screw in the screw almost all the way, and finished with hand tightening it. Super simple not hard at all.

Really love the simplicity of these! Nothing more is needed to hang fishing rods. I chose to hang ours up horizontally in our rec room and keep them up high away from toddlers and kids and out of the dusty garage. When its early in the am and you're wanting to get out of the house quick, I like to see, grab and go. These are sturdy and made with real wood with a great rustic stained color which I appreciate to give that fishing cabin style. I was able to hang them by myself no problem, no drywall anchors or even a level needed. They are very light and you are screwing directly the assembly to hang them to add to its strength. I like that you can you place poles going whichever direction you please which can also help keep poles organized for large families like mine. Great buy, great gift for ANY fisherman inside the house or in the garage!

This is a really nice product. The mounts are wood and have a nice finish. They feel sturdy when mounted (I have mine screwed to studs). As well, they were super easy to install. I only needed to use a tiny bit of brain power to make sure they were all oriented in the proper direction. I have one mounted vertically on the wall and one mounted horizontally on the ceiling. My only issue with the mountings is that half circle opening on the rod end of the bracket could be more closed. As is, it is easier than I’d like to bump out a rod when putting another away in either the horizontal or vertical mounting.

We recently mounted the fishing rod holders and they were exactly as promised. Easy to mount and install and they look great in our garage. They help to safely keep the fishing rods out of harms way. Highly recommend!

I have only unboxed the product. It appears to be of good quality and functional as described. I like the color of the wood. It comes with the hardware to mount it

Put together very nice. Nice color, Will look great in the boat. Would be nice if they had a foam kit to put inside the holes where the rods go. To keep them from getting scuffed up. If used on the wall it's not a problem at all. I will use them inside on the walls of the boat. While in transport on road and on river But with that being said, they are very nice. Sturdy and put together well. 5 star.

This item is not solid hardwood. Each bracket is a series of several smaller pieces dovetailed together presumably with glue. The item is also not fully coated/ stained. The cutouts for your rods have been untouched by any treatment. This leaves a two toned look. Lastly, several dings and chips despite being new out of box. Great price and functional ability, but poor quality and not as described. I returned them.

nice enough to mount inside the house, but i have it in the garage. holds the rods in a "smart" way by offsetting them, avoids collisions when taking them out or putting them back in. easy to install.

Really good product fits perfectly and nice finish.
