I’ve never used a “weightlifting” shoe prior to buying this, I can say I’m very satisfied with the grip of the shoe, there’s a lot of breathing, so it’s not great for winter or colder weather running but in general, walking in them feels great. They slide on super easily and fit comfortably. I have a wider foot so I usually get a size up, I ordered a 10.5 and it fits great.

I have a 10" foot and bought the 8.5-9 I don't think I've ever bought a minimalistic shoe whether water shoe, dive boot, loafer, or barefoot shoe that has ever fit properly according to the recommended sizing. I always have to go a size down. However, if you follow the sizing instructions and go by foot length to determine size, this shoe will fit like a foot glove. It is also extremely comfortable and perfect for the gym where you need precise footing for heavy lifting. There's a reason body builders don't wear bulky soled shoes. I will definitely be buying a second pair.

Deadlifts feel so much better in these compared to my converse. I bought these shoes because I really enjoy barefoot squatting and deadlifting but doing that is not allowed in powerlifting competition. These are allowed and feel really great and I can spread my foot out and feel the ground, also not to mention a lot more grip on the wood platforms my gym has. Great shoe, planning on buying another pair as soon as these start wearing down.

Not really comfortable. Seems like the run big, I ordered my normal size and it was a whole size too big. The tab on the back was irritating to my Achilles. I would not buy again.

Good shoes for weightlifting or everyday. Recommended replacing the insoles
