I like it
I love the product but it only works good as a ice pack not a heating pad I tried to heat it up for one minute but within 34 seconds it popped open , do not heat it up in any kind of way it will melt or pop open , BUT I DO LOVE IT AS AN ICE PACK IT WORKS VERY WELL I WILL ORDER AGAIN JUST TO USE AS AN ICE PACK FOR MY EYES

Great for eye strain
I use these to give my eyes some extra care when I have a long day working at my computer. The soft-side of the pack is perfect for reducing the swelling around my eyes and to help me feel a bit refreshed so I can keep going.Once the soft side starts to lose its chilliness, I flip to the plastic side and get another 20 minutes out of the pack before tossing it back in the freezer. I like that it's a two-pack. It's nice to have a backup so I never have to wait when I want to wear one.

just what I expected with the price, not that satisfied.
It feels like it only covers limited area because of the shape, the texture and the quantity of liquid in it. Maybe it's better when it warms up, but when it is cold, I don't have much impact from it.

Works so good
Worked like a charm for headache as cold pack and as a warm pack for congestion.

don't buy. not as advertised.
The item doesn't keep cold for long like other similar products. I had to use anything else for cold therapy. It also doesn't heat up without product being comprised no matter how careful you cycle heat in microwave. I will be going to the store to purchase a replacement.

Best Frozen or Warm
This eye mask has two sides: a soft side and a clear plastic side where you can see the thermal beads. It secures around your head with elastic and Velcro, so you can get a comfortable and customized fit.As per the instructions, I chilled one mask in the refrigerator for over 2 hours. When I took it out it was cool to the touch, but only on the clear plastic side. The chilled effect also only lasts for about 10 minutes. If you use the furry soft side you really can’t feel any cooling and I had to use the clear plastic side to feel anything at all. Next I froze a mask and the other I heated in the microwave for 10 seconds. When heated the effects can be felt on both sides of the mask and it works nicely with the soft fuzzy side. The mask stayed warm for just over 10 minutes, but if you needed another round you could easily just pop it back in a microwave for another 10 seconds. No need to wait 2 hours to get the mask to the desired temperature. After the mask in the freezer had finally frozen, I took it out and gave it a try. Frozen the mask also works best with the soft furry side. It was comfortable and cooling (although it did make some crunchy noises when first taken out and putting it on) and the effects last much, much longer than the fridge method.Overall, I like the masks. Having the eyes cut out makes it easy for the times I need some hot or cold therapy, but simply don’t have the ability to stop what I am doing and close my eyes for 10-15 minutes. Since the refrigeration method takes so long and only has minimal effect, I am likely just going to keep both masks in my freezer so I always have one ready to go when I need it. The freezer method took a little over an hour in my freezer, but it is worth it since it stays cool for well over 30 minutes.

Works well, cool or warm!
The photo is when it was warmed up. I like that you can either use this for cooling or as a heated option. I microwaved it in small increments. The back is a nice, soft material. The photo doesn’t do it justice but the purple really is a nice vibrant color. I like to use these when I get a headache to help relieve some tension.

Just what our bruised eye needed….
We were struggling to keep an ice pack on a bruised eye when I remembered I had picked this up to try next time I had a migraine. The elastic bands work like a charm for holding it in place around the head, nestle it against the eye (even fresh out of the freezer) and leave the hands free.We started by putting it in the freezer for 30 min, and it stayed cold for almost 20 min, great for the 20 min on 20 min off the docs recommended. The individual with the bruised eye decided that was REALLY cold, so we switched to putting them in the refrigerator… it was a much more pleasant cold (we were using the beaded side against the face both times) and stayed cold for 10-15 min.All in all, for us, this worked out incredibly well.
