The transportable deadlift jack of choice
These wedges are simple, yet effective. I got them after a metal jack I have, proved large and cumbersome to carry to/from/around the gym. These wedges fit in my gym bag far more easily and are super light. They also are easy to roll the weights onto and load/unload plates from. If you have your own gym and can get a full sized jack that can lift the entire bar & weights, then try that, otherwise I would recommend these.

Great hun accessory
Why didn’t I discover these ages ago? It’s so easy now to get the plates on and off when doing hip thrusts or deadlifts. You won’t regret buying these.

They are handy for plate changes during deadlifts. Hold my tri grip rubber coated plates just fine. Overall good value for money.
