These are great for keeping you from getting colds if taken daily. They have a great taste and are a great source of vitamin C. The price is good & hasa smooth taste and also easy on the stomach!

taste better than other brands

Good immune support and not super expensive. If you can handle how bad they taste I think they will help a lot during the cold and flu season. They just taste so bad, I'm thinking its the mix of honey and elderberry. I'd be okay with it if they dissolved quicker too but they last a really long time honestly. Wish me luck finishing this package.
