The media could not be loaded. Great Product..As with most budget Exercise bikes, it's manufactured in China and quality seems to be better than its competitors, maybe due to the amazonbasics brand. The best part is the magnetic resistance flywheel, which generates little to no noise and makes the whole experience of using noise free. You might observe increase in noise if used aggressively at high speeds, however for simple and easy cycling, it's low noise compared to belt drive type of bikes. After extended usage of 30mins or more, the knobs become a little loose, just tightening them before next usage solves it. Any unlevel in the ground can be adjusted by the roller rods at the base. Overall, great value for money and similar magnetic resistance flywheel based bikes retail over Rs. 9.5K and decathlon one costs around 17k for a similar spec. Assembly is easy and typically takes less than one hour, instructions are clear with clear pictures and all tools. Cycling experience is very smooth and low noise as well. Resistance levels can be increased by knob and offer good resistance for training. Pulse sensor on my bike doesn't seem to work, which is a little inconvenenience. Maximum User weight is 100Kgs. If you're little on the higher side, it'll still work but experience might a little unfortable due to small seat size and wobbling due to added weight. Overall, great bike at starting range and amazonbasics basics surely doesn't disappoint.

I order exercise bike 2week ago. Product was ok only LED display was not working so I called costumar support and ask them to change only LED screen. They return whole bike and gave me new damaged piece. Many part of my new bike was already damaged so I did not assemble and called them again to return order. They suppose to come 2 day before but no one show up till today. Now m stuck with damaged piece and waiting for them to refund.

Very use full product

I really love the quality of the air bike under this budget it's really nice but the seat isn't soo comfortable and one part of it was broken so I had to tape it but otherwise it's good 😊

I got this Exercycle in August 2023. The display stopped reading data in two months time, and has been showing only ‘0’ for all parameters.While the item itself is not bad, Amazon’s customer support has been dismal.I’ve raised multiple warranty claims, none of which have received a response from Amazon.I have escalated the issue with customer care on various occasions, again with no follow up.I finally had to send a tweet and email to all grievance departments at Amazon, after which I’ve received some response.They asked me to get it repaired on my own, and they would reimburse the charges.Considering that this Amazon’s own product, both quality control and product support are abysmal.Think twice before buying it, not because the product itself is bad, but because Amazon’s customer care is.

This product seems sturdy and matches to the description and my 3 star is just for the product. I am not sure about long term usage though.But my experience with amazon.in for installation request and warranty claim service is the worst I had to face ever. The product comes with installation service and 1 year warranty and its from amazon itself but none of their professionals from warranty claim or installation ever reached out to me via text, email or call, even after me calling amazon.in customer care and complaining about this. Amazon always told me that I will be contacted in 2 to 3 days but that never happened. I waited for 1 week and then did the installation myself. Not that the installation was tricky, instead its easy and doesn't require installation service at all. But if this is the day 1 service experience from amazon, I would advice to stay away from their branded (amazon basics) products and buy the industry branded ones.

Purchased this to replace our 20 year old exercise bike.Its a good purchase ,worth the price and very smooth in functioning.Its a very useful purchase for my family.

Bad product and Bad service ; not gotten the installation of the product , it's most parts were damaged and not gotten its display meter with the product
