Wanted a small ice pack which could be inserted in a tubigrip behind the knee to help with hamstring issue. Dont last long but ok for 15 min recommended by physio. Get lost in freezer though!

Does exactly what is needed at a good price
In my job I require compresses and this does the job it is perfectly sized to apply to the face and is a very good price for the quantity. Goes cold quickly and is of a good quality. I would highly recommend and I will buy more. It's effective at reducing swelling.
