This has a battery life of just over 24 hours and is comfortable to wear. It depends on the free SMATE app. The app works well but is undocumented. It is on version 6.0.0 - updated recently on December 6th 2022 and seems to be by a sole developer. The app appears to report on brief irregularities with very short e.g. 5 beat ECG waveforms. It does not appear to be picking up what a 24Hour halter picks up. I don't know if a cardiologist will give any credence to this. The Qardiocore is probably much better but costs 10x as much. Without documentation and reviews by cardiologists it is hard to put a value on this. But it does work for 24 hours and so may be capable of picking up arrhythmias that you would not notice, unlike most ECG gadgets and smart watches which only do 30 second ECGs. This could be an excellent product with better support, documentation and approval but sadly there is no sign so far of this happening. Shame since a lot of good work has gone into the app and the hardware is great.
