They have obviously changed the suppliers of the clamps as the new plastic is INCREDIBLY hard and very very difficult to squeeze together to seal off the tubing to stop water/coffee flowing through. I assume a harder less flexible plastic is cheaper and this is the reasoning behind it? Perhaps the person making the decisions about component product choice should set aside profit margins and remember that the vast majority of people using this type of equipment are doing so for serious health reasons and therefore might not be 100% fit and muscle bound. I will endeavour to find an alternative make in the future.

Excellent value and quality. Does exactly what it is intended for at a reasonable price. Pipe is smaller than others but better for coiling away.Length not brilliant but same as others..would be better if another half metre longer.You are able to join with small connector and works even better

It's a lot shorter tubing than the original that came with the stainless steel Health And Yoga enema jug, a bit more than half the length, which means I can't hang it on the back of the door hook any more, but the original was exceptionally long. I've just updated this review having found a way around the issue and decided a more normal length tube like this may be better, as easier to dry it out inside. The clip to turn the water on/off is very stiff and only has on or off, whereas the original had little graduations and was easier to press. To control flow means holding it at a set point, which tires the fingers. That said, it doesn't leak at all, seems of good quality and fits the jug very nicely.

This replacement does not fit well on my original rubber water bag - it leaks everywhere , so it is said that it fits all the products from the company - sadly not quite !And the tubing is not as sturdy. Regret this purchase .

Last order was great, this order came with a sub-standard clamp which takes two hands to operate. Disapointed.

I've ordered these before and been really happy with them. This time round it seems they have used different clips which are very weak and both broke on first use

The clamp broke instantly. The older clamps get loose after some time, hence my buying a replacement, but this one just snapped in my hand

I was not actually looking for a replacement tubing but for a tube that I could attach to my colostomy irrigation bag and this has worked well, even though it is not designed for the purpose.
