Quinoa is very hard to be in perfect texture and flavour but this one is absolutely spot on . First of all , although being organic , it is not bitter to begin with. Just a few normal wash and rinse is fine . I just slightly toast it before adding little bit of water and salt and it cooks perfectly. If left aside to cool down , the texture is not sticky of hard and just right to be added to salad or to be served with some chicken or other proteins . All in all by far better than other quinones

Great price and arrived the next day , it’s actually quite difficult to buy in the shops near me and is quite expensive so this was a great find

I am new to quinoa. I decided to try it and it is a good way of thicken a soup or stew. I prefer it to pasta. It is a very small grain ,so it's easy to eat. I add it to my soups to make a more filling meal. It is high in protein too, so it is good for me.

La quinoa es uno de los alimentos más completos y siempre se lo añado a alguna ensalada o así sola con tomates cherrys queda muy buena. Nos ha encantado esta mezcla de los tres tipos de quinoa, se hace una opción muy completa y saludable. De hecho, la quinoa contiene todos los aminoácidos esenciales, algo poco común en los vegetales, por eso, también es perfecta para vegetarianos, veganos o personas que reducen el consumo de carne. Tiene mucha fibra que ayuda mejorar la digestión, a mi me sienta genial porque solía tener ma digestión muy pesada y ayuda a mantener una sensación de saciedad más prolongada. Te ayuda a controlar los niveles de azúcar en sangre y contribuye al control del colesterol. Como digo, es un alimento muy fácil de digerir y aporta mucho!!!. Alto contenido en minerales como hierro, magnesio, fósforo, zinc y manganeso, importantes para la energía, la salud ósea y muscular. Ah, y si te pareció poco todo esto... es libre de gluten, por lo que también es ideal para personas con celiaquía o sensibilidad al gluten, sin perder valor nutricional. Te la recomiendo en ensaladas, sopas, guarniciones y en las cenas. Se cocina de la siguiente forma, pones una olla a fuego alto y esperas a que hierva, cuando esté añades la quinoa y pones el fuego a medio. Estará lista cuando la quinoa se vea más ancha y abierta, se ve la diferencia, suele tardar muy poco unos 7 minutillos como mucho 10. Y queda riquisima !!!

Buena quinoa, ecológica y a un muy buen precio. Primera vez que compro un producto de tipo alimentario en Amazon y ha sido una agradable sorpresa tanto a nivel de precio como de calidad. Llevaba tiempo buscando una quinoa tricolor en diferentes supermercados y o no encontraba o eran más caras. Esta quinoa está muy bien de precio y su calidad es buena. Yo la hago en una arrocera, la cocino para usarla fría en ensaladas y estoy encantada con su sabor. Compraré más
