Love the quality and comfortable ability. Everyone that visits enjoys. I am in awe of the complements and the exceptional craftsmanship. Assembly takes time but worth the effort. Definitely would recommend and buy again!

Many pieces and little instructions. Just pictures and hardly any direction. Need own tools to complete, allen wrench and small crescent do not do the job.

The set it very nice for the money. Installation was fairly simple, chairs are comfortable and the fire pit sets a nice atmosphere when hanging out a night. Throw pillows feel cheap but that's an easy replacement.

I received this wicker set as a Father's Day gift. Luckily, we haven't encountered any issues with the holes reported by some reviewers. On the contrary, in our experience, if you follow the manual step by step, you will find that it is easy and quick to assemble. And after assembling, you will find that the rattan is very durable and beautiful. Believe me, don't worry about quality at all, because I have consulted with this seller and they promise to provide warranty service for any quality issues. I wholeheartedly recommend this product and seller!

This furniture set it is lovely and comfortable so far. The assembly instructions were pretty easy to follow; however, for large hands in tight spaces, it was hard to screw in the bolts (this would be easier with hex head bolts and a socket wrench!). Once we assembled the set (sofa, 4 chairs, 2 ottomans & fire pit), I decided to relocate them to the opposite end of our patio; after lifting and carrying (not dragging) them, I found a bolt from one of the chairs on the ground (seriously?).I was hopeful the set would either come with patio covers or recommend the purchase of a particular set within the sale listing (like a 'these 2 items are often purchased together' sort of scenario). Since neither applied, I had a hard time finding appropriately-sized covers, as this set seems to be built to nonstandard sizes. The covers for the sofa and fire pit that I found on Amazon were either too small or WAY too big. In order to protect the furniture asap, we opted for WAY too big (drag the ground and go concave, allowing for puddling water and, therefore, mosquitos). We would love recommendations from the Seller or other Buyers, who have found appropriately-sized covers.The most-distressing thing of all is the rust we found on the fire pit and on our brand-new pavers only a couple days after we assembled the furniture. We had rain for two days, and the covers we purchased separately hadn't been delivered yet. The top of the horizontal supports between each slat, the bolts in the ring on the handle of the fire bowl cover, and the underside of the top rusted that quickly and dripped rust stains onto our brand-new pavers. THIS ISSUE, I WOULD LIKE ADDRESSED MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!

This set is amazing! worth the money. It’s comfortable, and its size is great we actually had to place 3 pieces out on the front patio (including two of the chairs) bc they all would not fit in the back. So in the pictures u see only the backyard, but what you see is what you get. Looks just like the pictures and easily holds my 6ft 5 320lb father in law with no problems. :). Also the fire pit is top notch we did s’mores the first night and it also adds elegance to your atmosphere with the flames and fire rocks. be patient as it delivers in 5 separate boxes some come in early and the others will come later but by or before the date it’s said to be delivered. Highly suggest you start putting together box by box as they come as trying to do all together could be overwhelming bc it’s a big set and will take time and a golden nugget is not to tighten the screws all the way until you have them all in place for each piece trust me it will save you time an a head ache lol.

Piece of CRAP for the amount of money I paid. Ugghh makes me so angry . I researched months to find the perfect patio set. I had a vision of how I wanted my deck to look. Finally settled on this set. No lie, lots of boxes and LOTS of putting together. I knew that going in from the reviews. It is definitely easier with two people but READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! my box with two ottomans came with NO instructions or hardware. Emailed customer service and they said they can give me $20 refund and that the hardware for these ottomans was on back order. What?!?! I said no thank you to the refund and asked to please send the hardware asap. I just wanted these ottomans put together. Another few days, hardware is still back ordered. Another couple of days, still no hardware. I had already removed all the pieces of the two ottomans out of the box and laid out to put together when I realized there was no hardware so I couldn’t really put in the box and return it plus I really wanted these ottomans. THEN customer service emails me there instructions and hardware list and advises to go to my local hardware store and purchase the hardware myself. Not going to lie I tried but those instructions does not give much detail on the name of the hardware or any helpful info. It just shows pictures and how many of what. The hardware guys couldn’t even help me.Customer service emails and says they will send the hardware and another set of ottomans. GREAT!! BUT they send another box with hardware but no other hardware for the original two ottomans I bought. I’m frustrated at this point!! I just wanted hardware to put together my two original ottomans. Getting two more was a bonus but I technically didn’t receive two extra ottomans. I had to use the hardware from one box to put together my original ottomans. NOW I have no hardware to put the extra ottomans together.Customer service says…..oh just throw them away or figure out how to put them together yourself with your own hardware. I am no handy person so I didn’t want to go through the hassle.PLUS the money I spent. Ugghhhhh!Pillows are starting to UNRAVEL at the seams. The cushions for the ottomans don’t not stay on correctly. They slip through the cord that is suppose to hold them in place but it doesn’t. I have a box of wicker I have no use for, can’t return, wouldn’t give to goodwill cause there is no hardware.FIREPIT………door doesn’t close that well, already starting to rust in some places. The top is misaligned . It gets stuck and sometimes can’t remove the top. I have tried to loosen and tighten screws to see if that helps BUT I shouldn’t have to do all this work of fixing their product when I paid A LOT!!!I regret buying this set! All I can say is read reviews and do your research. Don’t just look at the good reviews. See what the bad ones are and you’ll get a sense of how difficult and what the issues are with this product.Hope this helps anyone.
