Aleene'sOK to Wash-It permanent fabric glue 118ml

This glue is fab! I've been using it for well over a year! Patched up loads of trousers, jeans and joggers, so my son had many more months of wear out of them, rather than buy new ones. Wash clothes as directed (using no fabric softner). After putting the glue on to the materials, make sure you leave a few minutes before, sticking together. Certain fabrics the glue will show through the material, but that doesn't bother me as use these clothing items for the park, garden or the last few weeks left at school.

Was looking for some glue to fix a felt '4' onto a standard child's t-shirt. The glue has worked and washed well a number of times. Only advice would be use sparingly as warning on packet is correct, it can leave a 'wet look' on some fabrics - thin or pale colours.

I have just ruined two pairs of brand new pyjamas with this horrible stuff. First nothing comes out and then it comes in a great glob which bleeds through the fabric and goes everywhere. If you must use it, dispense it first into a tin lid then apply very gently with a spatula or old knife – the instructions are completely inadequate. After the 24 hours which one is told it needs to dry, it is still wet and the job looks awful. The only places where it is hard and unremovable are on one's hands and surfaces where it has oozed in error. Needless to say the instructions do not tell you what to use to get it off. My advice – forget about trying to save money, take your job to a proper seamstress and have it done properly. It will cost you less at the end of the day.

OK but not as sturdy as fabri-tac, which I this is the best fabric glue out there!

First bought this product 8 years ago, it's great when you rip or have holes appear in jeans for example....just find a piece of frabric and apply the glue leave for 4 minutes and then place over area that needs to be patched up.....leave for 24 hours and hay presto....Recommend this to anyone who has a need to patch up hole dage to jeans or trousers.

Bought a pair of Diesel jeans and poked my to through the knee just after the second week! Iron-on patches always came off in the wash but Aleene's Fabric glue have so far withstood 2 washes. Also used it to patch a rip in the sleeve of my Italian-spec Bennetton peacoat jacket and it is holdin so far!!

Given time to dry and set, this works really well on fabric and washes ok too-it has come undone on an item I had to hot wash but otherwise works well

Leas than one star for this! Just soaks in and stains the fabric, doesnt stick at all. Waste of money and an important garment ruined. To say i’m angry is an understatement!

This glue is magic. I had about 5 cheap H & M jeans that were all torn around the crotch and that I did not want to throw, so I sewed them, I added this glue to it, and a small peace of cotton on top. It's been 3 months, couple washes and they did not tear!

Muy bien queda pegado la tela. He realizado varios midoris y me han quedado bonitos. Os recomiendo su compra a todos

Depuis que j'ai découvert cette colle pour tissu résistante au lavage, je reprends chaussons et semelles décollées, ourlets pantalons, tapis descentes de lit, et tout a repris aspect d'avant, je recommande.
