I’m 45 young women and decided to try this because some times I’m not as wet as I would like to be. I read the directions and did what I was supposed to do. I started to get pain in my lower back and started to cramp for no reason. I stopped taking it for 3 days thinking it was something I ate, because the pain went away when I stopped using it. When I started back 3 days later and that same pain and cramps came back. I flushed them down the toilet. Please be careful when taking these.

The color, flavor, sent and effectiveness was not the same. It helps, but not very well anymore. I sent an email to the company that makes it, but got no response. I will not buy this again.
