A very happy Roads fan
I've wanted this book for years. Now I have it. Randy Rhoads was such an amazing player. It was a tragic loss when he died. Here we have the last of his amazing guitar work. I love the book. It arrived in perfect condition. And has put a massive smile on my face. R.I.P Randy. I would definitely recommend the supplier of this book. Thank you guys

It's Finally Here!!!
Well i was really glad to finally get my hands on this, finally a deeper insight into how Randy Rhoads played. Alot of books just do his more famous solo's and not all the stuff i was interested in,but this has all the tracks on this amazing album. Interesting to see how he layered stuff and all of the riffs that he played,it truly made me a happy chap. The transcriptions are very good, it's a cherry lane book which usually guarentees a high quality and easy to read Tablature. Randy had such a great style and yes it's very old and many have gone more over the top than Randy ever did,but he was with us for such a short time and really didn't get an opportunity to show us his full potential and what he would grow into... a sad loss to the world but this is a great book to get under more of his harder to trak down stuff like S.A.T.O. and the transcriptions run on well into to the fade outs.. sheer quality and i love it.A great tribute to a sorely missed guitar legend.

Good...however.......
Great book overall but some of the transcriptions just don't seem right! All of the solos are 100%, from what I can tell, but some of the riffs are strange in some places and it requires you to listen to the album to get things down properly.

Mistaken Identity
I purchased this item as part of a 2009 christmas present. When it was eventually opened on Christmas day I found it not to be what I expected to be - oops! Nowhere on the advert for the book can I see that it is a TABLATURE book (even when I enlarged the image I could not see that in the top right hand corner it stated Tablature), and for those less initiated that means that it is for guitar players and it has all the chords in it. Not a lot of good for those who do not have or do not play the guitar. For those that do, it is a very good book, but me, I found out too late, so don't do the same thing.

This is amazingly easy to follow.
I had a version of these song's when I was in Jr. High, loved it. Not to date my self but that was 29 years ago. When I opened up You Can't kill Rock n Roll, it was laid out easily for one guitarist to handle smoothly. With all of Randys' lay overs and harmonizing, and using analog, layering numerous rhythm's together was one of his many talent's. Though I once read, during the recording of Blizzard of OZ Norm had use some compression or etc..Though caught so hauntingly by the band and Max. Which attracted me to those record's in the first place. Thank You Public Library. Then sent me on the hunt to learn how play like Randy, finding tab at the local record store back then was the norm.... but ok this a better version, should be really easy for guitar enthusiast to read and play.... rock on...
