This is great. Nice clear picture, fairly easy to use, and versatile. BUT, there is a bit of a learning curve! Definitely worth getting though!

The scope works fine once you get it to work. My first android phone couldn't get it to work. Changed and used my wife's and didn't have a problem.

So, it's priced appropriately. It's more reliable and functions better than the cheapest borescopes, but it's not quite as nice as the name-brand ones, which are quite a bit more expensive. The hardware itself is pretty comparable; the main unit is a little chunky, but the scope is the right balance of rigidity and flexibility and the light works well at its different brightnesses. The only thing is the app interface could use a little refinement, and I really wish the camera had an auto-leveling feature. Those things aside, the picture is decent - about appropriate for the price.I'd say if you need an entry-level borescope, skip all the cheap options and just skip to this one. You'll still save money but get a reliable product.

Got this for my husband and he said that he hasn't had any issues and that it works great.

I got this scope primarily to use on my vehicles as they are old and require repairs quite often. I used this the other day to determine where a coolant leak was coming from. The lighted tip makes it so easy and clear to see and the picture quality is incredible. Plenty of length in the scope and overall, I am very satisfied, and the included carrying case is a plus!
