YaxellMon 6-inch Utility Knife

i own multiple hard steel knives. This is the one I use most - perfect size, as sharp as it gets. The perfect knife. If I had to own 1 knife, that would be the one.People are misled by the number of layers (38 layers, 50 laeyrs, etc). Also Yaxell has product families with more layers. Yet, it means almost nothing. The layer that does the cutting is always one. The rest are protection or design. In fact, less layers make the knife thinner, and it helps cutting through stuff.I am going to gradually replace my other knives with Yaxell Mon ones.

Awesome knife. Razor sharp. Fit and finish is top notch.

Very sharp right out of the box. Smaller than I thought it would be. Very nice knife just expect a slightly longer steak knife or pairing knife. Could replace fillet knives.

The knife if really good quality. This is the second one I got. Recommend to everyone.

I bought one of these as a trial before getting the full set. Fit and finish was amazing. The blade looks stunning. It truely slices without effort. Factory edge leaves serious room for improvement. Its already scary sharp and edge retention is fantastic with 61 hrc

I love everything about this knife.....good looks, excellent feel in the hands, micarta handle, VG10 steel at hardness of 61 Rockwell, and scary sharp.

Very good quality knife. The only thing I would say about the description. According to the booklet came with this knife, this knife is a slicing knife not utility knife.

Nice complement to my other Yaxell Mon knives. Another quality Yaxell product.
