Dosing is unclear as it seems to make the user split the pills-60 large packs of multivitamins
This multivitamin has 60 packets of "premium" supplements. It is a multivitamin with additional optimal ingredients. The directions are somewhat confusing and say to take twice daily. It directs taking the catalyst, plus, and ambratose ao. This does not make sense as the pills are not identified. If taken all at one time, I do get an upset stomach. I need to take with food regardless of when I take them. I am sleeping well and that may or may not be correlated. I am also retaining a good deal of water which may or may not be correlated as well since taking. Overall, I do think that they are helpful but the directions could be better.Suggestion for improvement-The directions are confusing as I do not know if I am supposed to split the pills and what pill is which.

Multivitamins
These are way too expensive to contain synthetic vitamins. I do not recommend. If this was all natural vitamins I would recommend.
