I live in SWFL it is very humid and rains A LOT, plus my Sammy loves to go four wheeling, swimming and do all the dirty stuff. So much for being a boujee Poodle! This things is super durable holds up well to all the wet environments and dirt and grime. I wash the collar in the tub when I give my fur baby a bath and the battery is insane....it litterly last for MONTHS!! Sometimes the accuracy is a little off when the weather is really nasty, but not enough to make me return it. If anything it keeps him even closer when the weather is nasty.I absolutely recommend this product.

First off I loved the wireless fence mode it worked great for my escape artist, it kept him honest about where he was and his bad intentions on bolting after whatever he saw. I bought this in October of 2023 within 8 months the plastic broke holding to the collar. Of course, I had till November of 2023 to return it. For the price of these, it should last longer than 8 months. Looking for one with better material now but I hate that cause this one worked great.

This thing is HORRIBLE it goes off at random, and the company will not stand behind their product. We tried contacting them, their response was to send a video of the problem. This is impossible as it is random, and we don't know when it will happen. They just stopped responding, so we are just stuck with the problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I bought this X3 model for the electric fence and recall training. We set the distance to 200’ and the collar beeps and vibrates at less than 30’. Sometimes my dog is standing next to me and it goes off. Other times it will go 100’. And yes, I measured the distance. My dog responds well with the beep and vibration but wish the fence mode worked better and more consistently. I like this product and would like the electric fence to work properly. Gave it 3 stars because I cannot find any help support. Checked Amazon and KAIYIKAPET website. Nothing. I will be returning if I can’t get support to make it work as advertised.Update: seller responded with a couple tips. Looking forward to future updates!

Worked great for 6 months now fence mode faults out and goes crazy on my dogs every few minutes where I cannot even use that function. Training functions seem to work great but I bought it for mobile fence option. Wish I had not recommended to others.

Works okay…still trying to figure a few things out on it.

It has been working fantastic with my great pyrenees. She sticks around the house but I can also give her room to roam and fulfill her instincts. And the battery life has been amazing.

It worked fabulous for a while but suddenly it will not work. Powers on but remote seems not to talk to collar and remote won't accept new settings.

La clôture imaginaire créée par les ondes Fm fluctue de plus de la moitié en tout temps. Le chien devient donc très anxieux dès la pose du collier car il n’est pas fiable… très déçu de l’achat. L’avoir acheter cher un commerçant, je lui aurait ramener gentiment…

Nice tight unit…Not too heavy, min range is not small enough for our setup, you only had to charge it 3 times over the course of a year, unfortunately It seems that we have to replace the internal battery a little bit disheartening, it seems it cannot cycle very much:(

It was a good impression and help. We like it. We did not use it every day, only when we went for a long walk on the trails. It worked for us and the dog. 5 weeks later the sound became weak with the distortion and then it desapeared completely. Consider it is too expensive for 5 weeks of light use. You can return it only during 4 weeks after purchase. Idea is good. Quality is .,..I was positively surprised with the customer support. I just received a new device as a replacement for one with a defect. The company cares about their products and the customers. Great 👍.
