When I bought these for my daughter they came quickly but the bands didn't have much of a resistance as we were expecting. The bands are small so she could not do split exercises with them because she felt as if they could just snap. She uses them for core strength now. I would buy a different band set if you are looking for one. They are okay, not the best.

The sturdiness of the bands and the width of them is perfect. These bands will not roll down your legs when your training.

They are straight forward rubbery material bands meaning they do slide, but I use them in conjunction with some fabric thick bands I have which stay in place. I needed these though for Bulgarian split squats. These rubbery bands allow for the movement in a way that the fabric ones do not (because the fabric bands don’t have that much give).

I’m a power lifter and I bought these to help with my squats. They are very thin and offer very little resistance. I even doubled up with the heavy and extra heavy.

I've purchased these resistance bands twice because of the quality and value being offered (at the time of this review, they were $8.99). Let's begin with the bands, there are 5 bands clearly marked ranging from 15 to 40 pounds of resistance. These tubular rubber resistance bands are encased in a colorful polyester type of stretchable fabric case, with the resistance amount clearly labeled (see the picture). This is a HUGE benefit because they prevent the bands from binding on surfaces where you anchor them (such as the floor or a carabiner). This not only increases the lifespan of the band, it protects you should the band break by keeping it encased in its outside polyester case. The accessories are legit too. The handles, leg/wrist straps, and door anchor are sewn well, durable, and adequate for the job. Each strap has one quality metal carabiner attached to each end of the band. Also included is a handy exercise sheet, an adequate jump rope, and a pretty amazing green cloth that when wetted will keep you cool (in conjunction with the water, it really wicks the heat away from your body, amazing product by itself). LASTLY, I HAVE NOT FOUND A BETTER PRODUCT AT THIS PRICE POINT, and I have seen hundreds of similar products of lesser value offered from twice to ten times more. This is the best $8.99 I've spent in a long, long time.

These bands are great. These retain their shape and resistance use after use. I have used these to build strength through levels. I started with the light bands and worked through medium and heavy resistance. These provide an excellent workout at home without expensive machines or a gym membership. These make a great gift. Well made for the price, I highly recommend.

I purchased these because they looked good according to other reviews and they weren't horrible ugly colors. However, don't buy these! The band thickness is not consistent all the way around the band and they just aren't good quality material.The first time I used them all I could think is "this band is gonna snap". I had to go all the way around each band and gently stretch them before fully using them. Then it's figuring out where to place your hands/feet so that each side is worked evenly since the band thickness is not consistent.

I specifically bought these because they were supposed to come with a storage bag. NO BAG!
