I've been taking Althealth Multivitamins for the past few months and I feel better generally. I started taking it because I don’t get enough Vitamin D, B6 & B12. I've noticed a few things while taking these. You should make sure you’re properly hydrated and take the vitamin after having a big meal. I found that not eating after taking it agitated my stomach a bit and made me feel nauseous. I’m sure the effect is different on everyone & this is just what I’ve noticed. Otherwise, I’ve been feeling less sick & just feel better overall. My only criticism is that this bottle only has 120 vitamins; I would love to have a bigger bottle for the whole family.

I have a sensitive stomach and have had trouble with other multivitamins causing stomach upset. I'm happy to report that I haven't had any issues with Althealth Multivitamins for Adults, so I highly recommend to others

I did not like this as it created a pain in chest, and I think it was because of gas which was created after taking it regularly for 3-4 days.
