Works on exterior doors too
On my front door I have a deadbolt with a digital keypad so I can use a code instead of keys, but I couldn't buy a handle with the deadbolt all in one because the holes were spaced too far apart on my door. I eventually replaced the door handle with this one and I love it! It is advertised as an interior handle, but it fit on my front door. I didn't want a lock because that's the whole point is not to use keys. It works great and it matches the deadbolt. Plus now I have a lever handle instead of a round knob so it is much easier to open when my hands are full.
