Excellent table and great price
This is the second table I have purchased in this range from Folding Tables UK. ( Also have the 6 ft one ). They are excellent tables, very well made, nice smooth table top and strong legs. I am amazed by the people who have left reviews saying it is difficult to set up and that you need 2 people. I can put this table up in seconds and dismantle it in the same amount of time. ( and the same goes for the 6 ft table ). The tables also stack away nicely and take up a minimum of space. Each time the table has been delivered way ahead of schedule and is very well packaged. Hugely recommend.

Perfect size for my craft room - will fold away neatly too
great table - just what I needed for my workroom. will fold down out of the way when necessary. It's a bit stiff at the moment as it's new but I imagine the fastenings will loosen up. Great price and service.

Fantastic table and easy to put up and take down
I am really pleased with this table. I got it for my craft work and it is really stable. I found it really easy to put up and take down - it takes about 2 minutes, if that. There is a bit of a knack to it though: when unfolding the legs, it helps to be quite firm when clicking them into place. When extending the legs, push one of the ball bearings in and then move that side up a fraction and then do the other ball bearing, As soon as both have clicked out of the holes just tap on the leg brace to raise the legs. When taking it down, repeat the process with the ball bearings to shorten the legs. When folding the legs back into place, push at the middle of the folding brace (towards the centre of the table), one side at a time, then fold back into place. Make sure the carrying handle is not trapped and then press on the little lever to fold up the table.

Perfect for tuition lessons
I bought this table to accommodate my daughter and her tutor twice a week for tuition sessions. I set it up when needed and take it away after it's been used. It seems to be the perfect alternative to the only other table in the house which sits in the kitchen. It's sturdy enough to take the weight of books and notebooks, and of child leaning on it while writing. It's only downside is that you need two people to extend its legs to their full height. My kids are very happy to help with that.

Redesigned table has some improvements, and some flaws.
I have three of these tables, the first which I don't think they sell anymore is slightly different in appearance and setup than the later two. Firstly, the new design of the table has a beveled edge around the table, and their logo brandished on the left and right end of the table. Personally I prefer the older design because it has slightly more work space. Secondly, the legs can be adjusted to three different heights (unlike the single height of the first design). I like this option, however to adjust the height you need to push in a spring and slid it up or down to the next hole. This would be fine and dandy were it not for the fact that one leg is joined to the opposite leg via a horizontal bar support, so you need to press both springs, and yet still have another hand to move the leg. So this kinda makes it a two person realistically. Third - The plastic handle used to transport the table is gone. It's more of a strap. Fourth - When flat, you don't use metal L pins to keep the two halfs in position, as the new design has a lever that clicks it into place (it's situated in the middle of one side). I'm fine with this change, as I nearly lost an L pin quite recently. And finally, the leg structure is slightly different. The diagonal support is higher on the new design, smaller, but is closer to the front, and does not use a ring to keep the legs locked outward, but an overlapping lock system. I like the less obtrusive layout, but the lock has a tendency to not remain fully locked out. Both tables have the same slight texture on it, which if you are planning to use a suction based attachment on it, will not work. For me, the table will be kept in place rather than be moved about on any regular basis, so the later points aren't so much an issue for me. My main gripe is the bevelling and branding. It's such a minor gripe, but I feel it doesn't really add anything to the new design. If you intend to move and unpack this regularly, I would recommend maybe a different table - although most folding tables I have seen all seem pretty much identical - or wait till they improve the issue with the height adjustment specifically, especially if it's going to be a solo effort setting them up.

Not bad
I bought this for a small flat so I can open it up for dinner. Its alright. Its stable and works once its open. However its not very well made regarding setting it up and closing it. The tubes are not engineered very well and it takes some force to slide them into place (particularly height adjustment) because they simply havnt been measured with precision. I would say that if you plan to use this now and again or leave it open then its fine for the price. if you plan to open and close it daily its not the best idea as its a bit of a struggle. Overall its a decent product for the price.

Difficult leg extension and retraction
The table is sturdy and adjusts to three heights. This is the tables bad point. It needs patience and brute force to extract the legs as they lock in place with spring loaded balls. Otherwise, it's a good table. I think the height adjustment allows the legs to be stored for table folding. If you have a kids party, this is an ideal table. I use mine for crafts and it is ideal.

Not same as shown in photographs
This table is just what I was looking for and very reasonably priced. It was dispatched by overnight courier so arrived next day. However the table provided has different legs and folding arrangement to that shown in the photographs. My table has four 12 inch folding braces (like the ones used on aluminium top camping tables) instead of the longer central mounting 'tripod' arrangement shown in the photographs. There are no central latches and the handle is side mounted flexible tape, not hinged end mounted solid plastic as shown. I am satisfied that this table is robust enough to meet my requirements but cannot give 5 starts as it does not match that shown in the photographs.
