Not for everyone
This is an awesome product with the charging case and easy to use. But it just doesn't fit around my ear and IN at the same time.

Not Size Adjustable
Unfortunately, the only hook for the ear is not adjustable and I found myself frequently having to refit it. Also, because of quite a few "entanglements" due to the design, stud earrings are the best option.

Low volume
Charges in provided case or can be plugged in directly which is a nice feature. The piece to go in your ear does not swivel like most which ultimately is less comfortable than others. Stays connected via Bluetooth better than others that I've had. Volume is the killer as it is very low in comparison and makes it difficult to use in anything other than a noise free environment.
