I do not care that the print heads are used. But the ports are plugged, and the ink will not print. Before I try to print, I always take a syringe and push some head cleaner into each of the six colors. If all six do not spay the cleaner, then the head is useless. If the cleaner leaks above the rubber gasket and there are no ink sprays, then the head is ineffective. All five heads from this vendor were plugged, and the five were useless. I learned to test the heads before the return period expires.
